To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned handbag, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

If you would like to exchange your handbag for a different style or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the original item and processing the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your handbag. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
